Brewing your own beer at home is easy, inexpensive, fun, and will most likely produce a brew far superior to that watery canned stuff. We'll lay out the basic steps to get started, and show you how you can grow your skills and expand the varieties of beer you produce.

Brewing your own beer is far from being difficult, but things must be done in a specific order and process. Here are the five steps to brewing beer at home: 1. Preparation  2. Steeping, boiling, and cooling the wort  3. Fermenting  4. Bottling or kegging  5. Drinking the Beer.

First, the brewery will screens the malt to remove impurities and stunted wheat particles. After the wheat is screened, will soaked with water and put into a mill. Soaking can ensure that the malt skin is "broken but not broken" during the crushing process, which is conducive to protein decomposition and sugar leaching, so that the inner core of the malt is completely crushed and the outer skin is broken but not broken, so as to ensure the high efficiency and stability of the subsequent mashing process. The wheat peel can be used as a natural filtering layer. This process is called malt crushing.

The next step is the malting, which is done by adding PH water to a saucepan, gently stirring it at a certain temperature, and then a series of warming, stirring, and resting processes to achieve malting. After mashing, we filter the wort to remove the lees until the wort is clear. Turn the boiler on and let the wort boil, then turn off the boiler after an hour. Add the hops to the boiler five minutes before the end of the boil, allowing them to release their odors. Next, open the valve that connects the saccharine pan to the sinkhole, drain the wort into the sinkhole, and let the wort rest in the sinkhole for 20 minutes. After the process of mashing - filtration - boiling - spinning and settling, the preparation of the original wort is completed. Finally, the raw wort is introduced into fermenters and fermented with pre-activated yeast for 10-15 days.
