It usually equipped with plate heat exchangers and hot and cold water tanks to increase work efficiency.
The refrigeration system is also centrally controlled, and the fermentation part of the split self-brewed beer equipment is controlled by a separate ice water system (separate cold water tank and industrial refrigeration unit).
Brewing Efficiency
The all-in-one brewing equipment has a small amount of alcohol in a single shot, and mashing time is a 8-10 hours. While the split brewing equipment only need to takes 7-8 hours to complete the wort mashing in beer split tanks. In addition, the split tank can acheive secondary feeding, and many times brewing work can be completed every day.
Beer Capacity
Cause the equipment of the split equipment is relativey large, the capacity of beer that can be brewed is also relatively large at one time. Generally ranging from 100 liters, to 1 ton, 2 tons, or even 5 tons to 10 tons.
The beer all-in-one equipment, usually below 1,000 liters, only brewed in a single time every day.
Cost
For the cost, the all-in-one beer brewing equipment saves a lot of equipment, accessories and tank material thickness, so it is lower than the split brewing equipment in terms of raw materials.
