There are three main disadvantages of most mashing tanks: slow filtration speed, long cooling time, and wort easily stained with bacteria during cooling. The reason for slow speed of filtration is the restriction of tank structure, which can not be used for sugar stirring and filtering tools in the equipment, our company through clever design, whether electric heating or steam heating can be sugar stirring and filtering tillage, thus greatly improving the filtration speed.

Electric heating and steam heating have their own advantages, electric heating equipment structure is simple, easy to operate, less investment; steam heating equipment mash is heated evenly, the speed of heating and wort boiling intensity can be controlled, for one vessel structure equipment, it is convenient to realize the function of filtering and spinning sinking of cultivated dregs. It is generally recommended that for one vessel structure, the equipment within 500L can be heated by electricity, and the equipment above 500L is heated by steam. The steam heating method is used for the combination of two or more vessels.
