On Feb. 28, the launching ceremony of the "Employment and Entrepreneurship of Retired Soldiers in Nanyang City" was held in the square of the Municipal Administrative Service Center. 

As an outstanding enterprise of "Spring Wind Action" for the employment and entrepreneurship of retired soldiers in Nanyang City. Dr. Tong Fenfei, Chairman of JINGDE Company received the   commendation.
