Product Description
The micro brewery (mini brewery) we provide has a production capacity of 1,000 liters (10 liters) to 5,000 liters (50 liters) for each beer brewery. The service content includes: a complete set of micro brewing equipment, installation transition, formula and technology, staff training, etc. The performance of your micro brewery (brewery and micro brewery) is completely "turnkey". If necessary, the performance of your microbrewery (brewery and small brewery) can be improved in the future.
Small breweries or micro breweries are usually suitable for independently owned breweries, which are much smaller than large breweries. The characteristics of this type of brewery usually emphasize flavor and brewing technology.
Three-vessel brewing equipment
The three-vessel brewing equipment consists of a saccharification tank, a filter tank, and a boiling/whirlpool tank (hot water tank for option).
The brewery is equipped with filter pumps, wort pumps, heat exchange plates, hot and cold water mixers, pipes, valves and controllers.
There are also two vessel configuration for options,
600L syrup/filter barrel+600L boiling pot/vortex barrel
600L syrup/filter barrel/hot liquid tank combination container +600L boiling pot/vortex barrel
600L glutinous rice / filter pot + 600L boiling pot / whirlpool + 1200L hot liquid tank
Standard function:
• 1 saccharification/filter tank container with side and bottom grain outer door, double steam jacket
• 1 boiling/vortex vessel with multiple steam jackets
• 1 rake and grain output, with variable speed control, with VFD automatic lifting
• 1 set of stainless steel work platform with sanitary process pipeline sanitary valve
• 1 sanitary wort pump with variable speed control
•I sanitary heat exchanger and wort aeration system
• 2 water tank LED light components
•I control system electrical cabinet
•I touch screen and PLC control system
• 2 thermowells for high-precision temperature sensors
• 1 syrup hydration component
• 1 set of CAD layout, installation assistance, assembly, training
Fermentation tank introduction
The fermenter is a special tank designed for precise temperature control and optimal fermentation conditions; it is strongly recommended that the fermenter be designed with a tapered bottom to make it easier to harvest yeast.
The configuration of the fermentation tank has two options: independent refrigeration and centralized refrigeration.

100% food grade 304 and 316 stainless steel
The rated working pressure of all fermentation tanks is 1 bar (0.1 MPa)
Double zone glycol sheath includes 60 degree cone and side wall
Top manhole or side manhole
The side walls and cone are completely insulated, and all insulation materials are polyurethane
All welds are mixed and polished to a sanitary food grade finish
Fermentation tank accessories: lifting lugs, dry jump, pressure relief valve, pressure gauge, sputtering valve, thermometer, carbon stone, shelf arm, CIP arm, drain and a full set of valves.
