As we all know, the configuration of brewery equipment can vary greatly according to its different requirements. Here, I will show you the standard information of our 7BBL brewery system, which can also be customized if required.
A set of 7BBL brewery equipment usually consists of 6 basic components and additional components, if the customer requires it. The following list details what these 6 parts are and what each part contains.
The brewery is designed for brewing any variety of wort.

-Stainless steel mixer is started by Siemens 1.5kW gear drive motor.
-Observation mirror with top hemisphere illumination.
-Quickly install the termo sensor PT100 connected to the multi-segment programmable controller
-Quickly install modular steam outlet condenser, equipped with 0.5kw centrifugal circulating water pump, energy saving and water saving.
-The top dome cylindrical jump can insert hops online, and the wort circulation is adopted for effective mixing.
-Sanitary centrifugal 2.2kW water mixing pump with VDF controller.
-Bottom mud inlet/outlet.
-Middle side volute/water inlet/outlet.

The fermentation zone consists of a specific number (selected by the customer) beer fermentation tanks (also known as CCTs of the corresponding capacity) and a control panel, which contains automation devices for maintaining the required beer temperature within each CCT.
The beer fermentation tank has a cooling jacket on the height of the entire cylindrical part. The 1000-liter CCT also has a separate conical cooling jacket. ССT is insulated by 100 mm thick polyurethane foam. The outer shell of CCT is made of food mirror stainless steel.
CCT is designed for internal pressure and can be used for the primary fermentation and maturation (carbonation) of beer, as well as for filtering or bottling supply beer. The working pressure inside the CCT is up to 3 bar (adjustable by the pressure plug device).
