Two Vessel Brew System Is An Essential Tool In The World Of Craft Beer Brewing

Good brewing system is an essential tool to making great beer.

The size of 10BBL | 20BBL | 30BBL | 40BBL | 50BBL saccharification system is standard production size and can be customized according to your needs. According to the different heating methods, the saccharification system can be divided into three types, such as steam heating type, gas heating type, electric heating, etc., or a combination of heating methods can be used according to the situation. A saccharification system consists of a saccharification tank, a filtration tank, a boiling tank, and a suspension and sinking tank, etc. The four types of tanks are combined together at will to meet the requirements of different brewing systems.

All tanks are made of certified stainless steel with 100% TIG welded joints and sanitary polished internal welds. All tanks feature triple clamp connections and are designed to start at 14.7 PSI with a test pressure of 30 PSI. we can customize tanks to meet different needs based on customer space and production requirements.

Each tank can be customized with nameplates, different standard valves and fittings.

Other Heating Methods Reference

Electric heating:

1. Insert the electric heating tube into the jacket, use the electric heating tube to heat the medium in the jacket and then heat the material in the tank.
2. Insert the electric heating pipe directly into the inner liner, and heat the material directly when working.

Gas heating:

In the tank to be heated at the bottom of the gas stove, the use of gas heating.
